The Great Spamfest of Orion 2006:
Today shall go down in history as the Great Spamfest of Orion 2006.

First our shoutbox was converted to a spambox and sank under the weight of insanity and confusion. Then we moved to a thread in the forums (called "a long topic", despite starting out very short) and attempted to hit 50 pages.

Particular highlights:
  • refloc posting from a tree (not metaphorically - literally)
  • "WTF my name is not THE!"
  • Gus-Gus : SEXY FAT MOUSEYS!
  • recurring mentions of badgerbadgerbadger
  • Barry Scott vs Steve Ballmer
  • me spending three pages talking to myself
  • Buteline, Kinky and other crazy ships
  • The Pope + Oprah = the world-ruling power that is Poprah!
  • Poprah's theme song
  • discussion of whether God has a sense of humour a.k.a. are we screwed
  • far too much discussion of "Time To Pee"
  • SNAKES ON A PLANE!
  • SNAPE'S ON A PLANE!
  • Poprah vs Japan
  • a whole page of us going "YAY" when we hit our target of 50 pages, with a time of 5 hours 1 minute
  • many notations that a) everyone should get an LJ, b) everyone should GO TO BED

    The Onions, and Poprah, own you all. The spam cannot be defied or explained.

    And now I really am GOING TO BED.

    TONIGHT WAS PRETTY AWESOME.

    And Refloc, haha. Mousey and manhood. POSTING IN A TREE. STEALING WIRELESS. HACKING. Gotta love her. Man, we just pushed the OA's space up to about 30 MBs. Last time I looked (which was in the middle of progress) it was about five.

    Gus-chan is going to come in and correct me. DISABLE ANON COMMENTING UNTIL HE GETS AN LJ.

    Next we will spam your journal. One time I spammed my sister's journal with about forty comments and broke Flexible Squares. I ♥ spamming.

    I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE WE MADE PAGE FIFTY!

    IT WAS AMAZING! :D Best time ever.

    Rofl, refloc was just so hyper and random and the tree thing just pushed it to a whole 'nother level. I was telling people on MSN what was going on and they couldn't believe it! XD;

    D00d, I am so up for the spam. And I have generator too, hah! Probably best not to spam until after sleep though, LOLz.

    I officially LOVE Refloc after this night. That was awesome. Tomorrow maybe I'll pack up Jabber and wander around MY neighborhood to see what pops up. I could use a change of scenery.

    FH is sad. FH missed most of 2006 April Fool's and now all of this. FH will be Out of the Loop on all these new inside jokes, because FH will not have time to read the fifty pages of spam (in fact, FH shall have to avoid the Orion forums so that she doesn't try to). FH has the worst timing.
